I have a friend. 
My friend's name is Nor Syahirah Abu Baker. 
She has a boyfriend and her boyfriend is my friend too. 
She has gone back to Malaysia for good last Monday (1st August). 
So, now I have less one friend here in Dublin and I am very sad. 
Last Sunday, we played Bowling together for the last time before she leaves. 
I will miss her a lot and I hope she will miss me too. 
That's all I have to say about my friend.

This event took place on 9th March 2005.
Kelab UMNO Ireland (KUI) and Malaysian Accounting Students Association (MASA) co-joint to organise this dinner.
It was held in Siam Thai, Ballsbridge, Dublin.
The event was nice and enjoyable. 
Congratulations to the organiser...

My beloved Pets...
|

As Uja brought up that her cat just delivered 5 cute little kittens, i just wanna share the pictures of my beloved cats that i miss so much... Of course the cats are all in Malaysia right now!!!
Let me introduce you to some of my cats:
Blacky - she's the oldest among all... She's the "starter" of the cat generation in my house.. I lost count how many kittes she had delivered... and she's still going on and on and on... She just gave birth to 3 kittens around 3 months ago...
Cheetah Hitam (Tommy) and Cheetah Putih (Cheetah) - They are both Male and they are siblings... Their mother, Chomel has been long gone... Chomel was sent to my kampung and she dissapeared without trace... Chomel is Blacky's kid and that makes Blacky Tommy and Cheetah's grandma... hehehe... i should make a family tree... Tommy's missing since early last year..  and my mom does not know what actually happened to him... We really miss him so much...
Cumi - Cumi is Blacky's kid... but she's a lot more younger than Tommy and Cheetah... ala, macam Makcik lagi muda daripada anak sedara la ni lebih kurang... When i came back to Malaysia last Summer, she had a miscarriage and became some sort of kurang siuman..  bak kata orang dulu2.. gile meroyan.. hehehe... Last week she gave birth to 4 kittens...
Tiger - He's Cumi's brother... My mom said that Cheetah and Tiger always fight.. as they both are male... somebody has to be the chief of the house heh???
2-Face - i can't remember who's the mother... i think it's Blacky.. i think Blacky has an affair with Mr 2 face from Batman... hehehe...

Last Entry for EuroTrip - Paris ~ 25th - 28th June 2005

We left Barcelona for Paris around 6.30 pm and arrived in Paris around 9.00pm by flight. We took train and the metro to the hotel.
We booked Hotel Darcet for 3 nights... but when we arrived, the man said that that the hotel was fully booked for that night and he had prepared another hotel for us.. So, we stayed at Hotel Batignoilles for a night and Hotel Darcet for another 2 nights... Me and Ben prefer Hotel Batignoilles than Hotel Darcet actually... the breakfast is great and the rooms are air conditioned.. Hotel Darcet at the other hand is very warm and the breakfast is very limited... But we're glad that the location are very easily accessible... The hotel are situated near Place de Clichy and the metro station is just 5 minutes from the hotel...
We took the Turistic Bus to go round Paris.. The 1st day we were not very lucky because it rained all day in Paris.. We still rode the turistic bus and went to see all part of Paris.. and of course we were soaked to the bone.. heheh.. and you will see that the pictures from the 1st day was a bit gloomy.. heheh... But we're lucky that the 2nd and 3rd day were very sunny.. We managed to go round Paris again and went on the top of Eiffel Tower in the 2nd day.. As we don't really have anything more to do in the 3rd day, we just went to Hard Rock Cafe Paris and went "picnicking" and sleeping in front of Eiffel till the evening...
Around 6pm we arrived in Port Maillot to take a bus to go to the Beauvais Airport.. Our flight left for Dublin around 11pm and we arrived in Dublin around 12 pm...
Overall, I was glad and lucky that i get to go round Portugal, Spain and Paris this summer..  I hope that next time i will have the chance to see the other part of the world.. It is just nice to get to see other people's cultures and see things that i've never dreamt of before this.. I was just very lucky..

Eurotrip - Barcelona (23rd - 25th June 2005)

Now it's time for Barcelona.. one of the best cities i've been during the trip...  We took the night train to Barcelona from Granada.. We arrived in Barcelona around 10 am.. and we reached our hostel - Sea Point Hostel around 12.00 pm.
I was very happy  that our hostel is located just 50 meters from the beach.. Although the sun was shining very very brightly, we spent the evening there.. and all of us got burnt !!! Besides, that's the first time i went swimming in the sea since i'm studying in Ireland.. it's just so fun.. and we had a really good time..
After our skin felt like they are on fire, we went for a stroll at the city. Then we had our dinner at EL CHOQUITO Restaurant in La Ramblas... the Paella and the fish soup was just brilliant.. If you want to have Paella, go to this restaurant. They serve very good Paella at a very cheap price.. The dinner set is cheap and you will be full all night long... Hmm, the restaurant should give me some commission for this advertisement !!
That night i did not feel very well..  I had a fever.. maybe because of the "swimming" session i had during the day... I just went back to the hostel and slept early while my friends enjoying themselves at the San Juan Festival on the beach... They said there were fire crackers and ect during the party.. I missed one hell of night i guess...
The second day, me and Ben just go and tour Barcelona while Weda flew back to Dublin.. we took the Turistic Bus and it's easier as the bus took us to all the "places that we need to see" in Barcelona ... We stopped at several places such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Barcelona Stadium and ect... What i can say is Anthony Gaudi's designs and architecture are just wonderful  !! It's just different from all other places in Europe.. unique should i say...
That night, we went to the beach again... not sunbathing.. moonbathing is the correct word i suppose... heheh.. it's just what i've been wanting to do for so long...   Lying on the sand, watching the moon, hearing the waves crashing... everything is perfect except for that I had Ben (she's female by the way) at my side ... heheheh... I have to do this again some day.. but with my perfect someone beside of me.. hehehe... InsyaAllah... (after we're married of course...)
The third day... we just had a very relaxed afternoon.. our flight to Paris is not until 6pm.. After checking out from the hostel and having an early lunch, we went to L'Aquarium near Port Vell.. I prefer Lisbon Ocenarium actually... then, we went to the shopping center next to L'Aquarium..
Well guys, that's all about Barcelona I think... Enjoy the pictures... Next entry will be Paris...
Conclusion: I will definitely want to go back to Barcelona again if I had the chance one day... Maybe with my family i guess.. and i will not forget to go to the beach at night with my special one... hehehehe... just kidding...
